Meet Our Team

Kelly leads Public Entity Group Administrative Services (PEGAS), bringing extensive experience in commercial insurance, reinsurance, and fund administration. She works closely with fund leadership, members, and service partners to support the organizations and communities PEGAS serves.

Her approach emphasizes clear communication, strong relationships, and attentive service, helping members navigate their insurance needs with confidence.

Outside the office: Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, four sons, and their dog, Declan. Kelly is a published novelist who brings her creativity to the page through psychological crime thrillers. Writing offers a different kind of challenge—and an opportunity to share her imagination with readers.

Joe manages the information and systems that support PEGAS’s daily operations. His work centers on maintaining accurate records, improving processes, and making information easier to access and use.

Joe’s involvement in public safety began at age 16 as a junior firefighter and grew to include service as an EMT and municipal PSAP emergency dispatcher/911 calltaker. This background gives him firsthand insight into the organizations PEGAS serves and an appreciation for the accuracy, responsiveness, and coordination their work demands.

Outside the office: Joe enjoys spending time with his husband and their dog, Ranger, and traveling to explore new places. In his spare time, you can often find him tackling a home improvement project, working in the yard, or planning his next getaway.
